It was exceptional

On my first visit, Dr. Levi was very kind and understanding and made an effort to get to know me and my tooth problem. On the day of the actual root canal procedure, I kept feeling pain in that tooth when he drilled it even after he gave me more and more Novocain. After a long while of this, he snapped and YELLED at me “It’s been an hour and you’re still not numb! There’s a maximum amount of Novocain you can give someone and I can’t give you any more. You’re tense and manifesting this pain for yourself! You’re just going to have to get through it and let me finish!” So I had to finish the procedure moaning in pain with tears running down my cheeks. I was NOT inventing this pain in my head and it feels cruel to have a patient go through this. He also checked his phone several times during the procedure then PUT HIS FINGERS BACK IN MY MOUTH without changing the glove. It felt unsanitary and unprofessional. Although he said I got a good end result with my tooth, I would not recommend him

Dr. Levi took me on anemergency basis. He arrange for me to come on Sunday Evening. Treated me exceptionally. found the real problems with my teeth, in parallel retreated an old root canal. Very very good and no pains. Extremely highly recommended.

Beyond amazing one of a kind Dr, very caring and gentle he did a trauma root canal on my 13 year old and we were beyond blessed to have found him. Highly recommend him

my biggest fear has always been going to the dentist, until I came to see Dr. Levi. the only pain I felt was the tooth I had damaged. Dr. Levi has done such a great job! I am coming back to his office with confidence! I recommend Dr. Levi.

May have been a good dentist back in the day but not anymore. He's def losing it & going for a root canal was a very scary experience. Office in Dumont is absolutely disgusting tools are dirty and when my filling was a little too high after almost leaving he was on the phone so I sat back down and he came over and stuck his fingers in my mouth no gloves & took some out. I was mortified!!! I refuse to go back even for the checkup and X-ray to see if the root canal was done correctly. Stay away!

I had the most unpleasant experience with this doctor. He was not just unprofessional, he was extremely rude and behaved as a very unstable person. Even though the doctor accepts my insurance, he stated he does not need patients with that insurance. he plainly threw me out of the office yelling and screaming at me(for no reason) to the extent that the other doctor who witnessed all this had to appologise extensively to me afterwards.
