Dr. Jack Mercke, DMD

Awful supposed dentist who has already been sanctioned in Kentucky. Jack Mercke is the worst-of-the-worst! Need proof? I can show you! Stay away from Olde Mill Famiky Dental and from the hands of Jack Mercke!

I came here for a routine cleaning and I'm never coming back. The hygienist insisted I get an oral cancer screening even though I have none of the risk factors ( a waste of $40). The worst part was that the dentist, Jack R Mercke, said that I need invisalign or my teeth are all going to have issues in 20 years. I have gone to the dentist my entire life and have never been told this before. I told him that and his response was 'they don't know what they're looking for'. I got a second opinion at an orthodontist and they said my teeth are fine. Also, he was kicked out of Kentucky. Stay away from this place, they are super greedy and untrustworthy.

Sorry once the dentist office went and sold to corporate, prices are really bad. Private practice was Much better

On the day of his visit, my son waited 2.5 hours for a routine cleaning. We were told the office was short staffed. Two months later I received a bill for X-rays. Not sure why I received a bill for X-rays when I made sure his full X-rays were submitted from his previous dentist and on file with Olde Mill Family Dental before the cleaning. I have called the office four times since 10/7 to try and reach a resolution and have yet to receive a call back. Every time I call the excuse given is that the office is short staffed.

The staff is very warm, welcoming and professional.

Staff was amazing, I loved that once all dental procedures were completed a front office person was notified that I was ready to check out, in which made it so easy, treatment plan printed out, along with my next scheduled appointment.

Went in with extreme toothache. Dr. Mercke discovered a well hidden crack in my tooth. He offered a couple of treatment plans and explained possible outcomes. The treatment plan l selected was implemented without delay.

I felt very comfortable at the office, the assistant that did my x-rays she was fantastic she spoke to me the whole time.Dr Mercke was very welcoming Explain to me about how about some Orthodontics that I should get as far as health purposes and that was wonderful looked over my mouth and a way that I could understand further treatment. So overall I thought it was a wonderful experience

Doctor Mercke is a great person as well doctor. Elks you through everything that he is going to do

I have worked with Dr, Mercke for years on this journey of getting my dentures. He was patient, always upbeat, and encouraging. Dr. Mercke and his staff make me feel like I'm part of a dental family that I can trust. I struggle with dental phobia and am always very apprehensive when it comes to needing to see a dentist. From my 1st. meeting Dr. Mercke and his staff made me feel at ease, comfortable, and less stressed. I would recommend him for any minor or major dental procedures.

was not what I wanted he didnt not listen to me about what I wanted and the history with teeth in my family .wish he would of did what I wanted not what he did not happy at all have had problems since I have been there. asked him to help me smile again and that's not what I am doing .
