Dr. Jack Willoughby, DDS

Dr. Willoughby and Dr. Bugsby are excellent dentists. The staff is always consistently friendly and patient with my husband and I. The hygienists are very through when cleaning our teeth. I know we are always receiving the best of dental care we could ask ! I highly recommend them for your dental care. Thank you for taking pride your work and keeping our smiles beautiful over the years and into our futures.

I try to never leave bad reviews because I feel like sometimes you have to give people the benefit of the doubt, and move on. However in this case I really feel like I have to say something. Dr. Willoughby was great- no complaints there. However just like other people who have left poor reviews my issue is with the office staff. Poor communication, poor customer service, and honestly one of the rudest people I have ever had to talk to regarding a bill. I would never go back here even if I was self pay because of the unprofessional and awful attitude of this office. I would definitely avoid the drama and find a different dentist.

Excellent... he is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable on dentistry. Up to date on the last eat technology. He takes time and explains every procedure.
