Dr. James Brannen, DDS

Most definitely went way above and beyond expectations. I went in for my appointment only to discover that due to error on my part, I was a day early. I was willing to accept the consequences of my error and come back the next day other than it is an hours drive. As we were about to leave, expecting to hear the receptionist say 'see you tomorrow', instead she contacted Dr. Brannen to inquire if they could squeeze me in. It took some effort on their part to accommodate me. Realizing that extracting two teeth in preparation for a bridge is no quick or simple procedure, I was extremely pleased with their accommodating attitude. Everything was more than successful, and the comfort that they had gone way beyond any expectations of superior service way above the call of duty. I have never had any disappointments in any of the services from them over the years, but this one topped the charts.

I had no problems during my appointment with Dr Brannen or his staff. They examined my teeth and gave me an estimate of work to be done. I scheduled my first appointment for work, and will return in one week.

Dr. Brannen is innovative, accommodating, takes time to listen & explains the process in detail, all with kindness & patience. It’s easy to see he cares & loves what he does. You also get a bonus & that’s his “Wonderful Staff”!

I went to see Dr. Brannen with what felt like a chronic ear pain. I had been to my medical doctor and to an ENT. No one could offer relief, I was told I had TMJ, but no relief. It felt like one of those - you are going to have to learn to live with this things. When I met with Dr. Brannen, he said what can I do for you to help the most. I told him my concerns, and was amazed at his understanding, compassion and response. He had a solution! My teeth had moved, and needed orthodontic work to move them back where they belong. That was a couple of months ago, I am about half way through an Invisalign treatment program. I am AMAZED! My teeth are correcting, but the amazing thing is that my ear pain is gone. I can eat and live without a constant pain, it is such a blessing. Apparently when you jaw is out of alignment you can expect ear pain. Thank you Dr. Brannen for caring enough to listen and to develop a plan that solved a pain I had been living with for two years.

He was honest, friendly and made what was going on easily understandable. He didn't try to add unnecessary costs. I am private pay.

I used to be so scared and anxious about going to the dentist, but not now! It’s not like I LOVE going to the dentist, but I don’t have to pre-medicate now! I know that Dr. Brannen and his staff will make it all as pain free and comfortable as possible. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful! 5 stars hardly seems like enough of a rating!??

I saw Dr Brannen about tooth pain. It was great that he didn't jump in and do any procedures. He said he saw nothing wrong and suggested some things to do at home which corrected the issue. Thanks!

Dr. Brannen and his staff are always timely. Dr. Brannen takes the time to show you the problem via camera so that you can see and understand what he needs to work on. He explains his plan in detail. There is no judgement when you walk in his office, only friendly, helpful staff. The office is always clean and in excellent condition.

Dr. Brannen is always very personable and thorough. Tabitha (the hygienist) is so kind and friendly and does a great job getting my teeth clean. I have been a patient of this dental practice for about 13 years. I have moved about 45 minutes away but make the drive because it is worth it!!

I like James Brannen a lot. He is very thorough and tells me what I need and don't need.

Dr Brannen is great, but my hygienist is amazing at her job from ability to personality and attitude. Need a dentist? Here is your place.

Dr. Brannon is the best of the best in every way. Can’t say enough good here. To make me comfortable in a dentist office is quite a feat as I’m a chicken when it comes to all things dental. He goes the extra 10 miles for his patients. He has made a believer out of me but then again...he’s the best!!!!

Dr. Brennan is an amazing dentist, he is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his skill set. All of the staff is very friendly and always smiling. I would recommend this Dentistry to anyone.
