Dr. James Flynn, DDS

As a result of multiple difficulties I have needed to consult with several endodontists. Dr. James Flynn in Strongsville is superb! He is the most knowledgeable, patient, intelligent, caring, patient-centric DDS I have ever met. On a scale of one to ten, he is a twenty! His staff is calm, courteous, and informative at all times. His office is ultra-clean and the equipment is up-to-date. (Best X-rays I have ever seen!)

Only saving grace was the assistant who offered me some advice based on her own personal experience. Everything else a disaster. When appointment was made it was done only because they said they accepted my insurance. It wasn't until I arrived and asked again about my insurance that they called them and while my appointment was starting that they said I would have to pay $104 for the consultation but it was better to do it now then later if I had to come back. I was a fool and should've walked out. I paid the $104 for absolutely nothing. Dr. Flynn questioned my "alleged pain" since it couldn't be duplicated in the office even though I explained how it was triggered and wasn't constant. He told me there was nothing he could do and treated me like I was imagining my pain, especially the minute hd found out I had Fibromyalgia. He even talked to me like a child telling me to "look at him" as he was talking. No matter what, I will never return.

I wanted to also say that he told me everything he was going to do before he did it.

Great experience! Dr Flynn was amazing and made me feel at ease the whole time.

My experience with Dr. Flynn was a very good one. He was kind, explained what he was doing, yet was to the point. He eased my concerns with a bit of humor which, since it has been a couple months since I had the root canal done, I can’t even remember, but I do remember he put me at ease. He answered any questions I had. He let me know before he used a buzzing instrument, so I wouldn't be alarmed by the sound. I would recommend him to anyone.

I totally agree with other comments. Dr. Flynn accommodated me on short notice (next day appointment for root canal). He was professional, kind, humorous and explained everything very well. He took his time in all his explanations and answered all my questions thoughtfully. The staff were equally kind and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Flynn and Melissa and staff!

Dr. Flynn was wonderful! I had a very painful tooth that needed a root canal. They were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Flynn was professional, efficient and explained everything as he did it. Here I am on the day after a root canal and I have no pain and no soreness. I highly recommend Dr. Flynn and his staff. If you have to have a root canal, this is the place to go! Thanks for getting me in on such short notice and fixing my very painful problem!!

I came in for a same day appointment with 2 weeks of horrible toothache. Dr Flynn saw me on a very short notice. He did a very comprehensive exam & took care of a much needed root canal on the spot. He was wonderful and explained everything as he was working. He was also very humorous. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole procedure and there was very little discomfort. I would highly recommend dr Flynn!! Staff was WONDERFUL too!!
