Dr Green excellent, Dr Green staff LOW quality
Dr Green as an orthodentist is excellent. He knows what he is doing and addresses all issues. The major problem with this group and it is a huge problem is his staff. They are rude and unaccomodating and Dr Green really needs to step up and see what goes on there and upgrade his staff if he wants continued success.

The office never put in my prior authorization, waited over 2 hours in the back in a chair while people who came after me were worked on and left. I got fed up and left. You cant speak to a manager since they all claim she is in a meeting or out to lunch Horrible Customer Service and no people skills. I get offices get busy but there is no reason to lie or avoid the patient. STILL, my prior authorization was not put in but they bill you quickly.

Dr Green has treated my both of my daughters. He is patient and kind. I am confident in his treatment plan and trust his judgement. His staff is wonderful as well. Happy to recommend him to anyone!
