We have been going to this office for 10 years. The customer service is disappointing. The hygienist wanted to go to Kalahari so they cancelled and rescheduled my sons appointment to an inconvenient time for me ??. I let it go even though I thought it was unprofessional. It happened again today. My sons appointment was cancelled because the hygienist daughter had a medical emergency ??. This is the third time they have rescheduled this particular appointment due to employee drama. They either have kid drama or just want a day off to play. My sons teeth are infected and we are currently looking for a new dentist. Julie, the receptionist, is very rude. She plays the victim. This is unacceptable. My advice: Pick a different dental practice that has respect for the patients. Clearly, nobody in this office wants to work or sees patient care as important.

Dr. Haggerty and the staff have always been friendly. I have never had an issue. I recommend this practice

Took my 12 year old daughter here for a cleaning & exam. They were friendly and professional.

I actually really liked this practice, & was a patient there for almost 10 years. However, because I was unable to keep an appt I was dropped as a patient (I even canceled 24 hrs before, but because my appt was on a Monday & I cancelled on a Sunday when they were closed, it didn’t count. Apparently I needed to cancel on Friday because nothing should possibly happen over the weekend that would cause you to miss your appointment). Very bad business to not be more understanding that life happens.

He deopped my mom as a patient who happens to be totally handicapped in a wheelchair because she misses an appointment. I called and begged they reconsider because she really liked him but he said no. Very sad

Dr. Haggerty is an exceelent do tor that cares about his patients, hiwever his receptionist Julie is a very rude individually who does not care about the patients. Since when needing an appointment or communication with the doctor, she is the contact person, I do not recommend this provider to anyone.
