Dr. James Isett, DMD

I have had an extreme anxiety toward dentists since I was a child. When I was referred to York Endo for an emergency root canal, I was terrified. Dr. Isett and his staff (especially the receptionists and Myfanwy) made me feel totally at ease. I will not lie and say it was easy - - it was ROOT CANAL. But, my anxiety was relieved at the professionalism and extra care that was provided during the procedure. Dr. Isett reassured me throughout the procedure and explained every step of the way.

Dr. Isett is exceptional at what he does & wisely surrounds himself w/a competent and professional staff. June 27th was the 2nd time I was a patient of Dr. Isett. The other appx 12 yrs ago. This recent time was more urgent & for me ongoing, painful situation. My dentist was unsure if tooth was fractured or a root canal would solve. Dr. Isett put me at ease as soon as he started to work on the area. I quickly recalled how remarkable he handles dental problems. After about 3 days I was pain free

My experience with Dr. Isett was very professional and smooth. His chairside manner and technical skills put me at ease during my root canal treatment. His staff is friendly and eager to please. The office is outfitted with state of the art equipment and beautiful decor (like a spa). I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Could not tell my tooth was cracked until he already did root canal. They had already charged me $699.00 Then they changed my bill to $234.00, but they told me they would not refund the difference between the $699.00 and $234.00 until the insurance paid there part of the $234.00. I had to wait over 3 months to get my total refund.
