Cancelled appointment
I had an appointment for dental cleaning that was made three months prior. Went to appointment today and was told it was cancelled due to me not filling out my digital paperwork. I was told it was cancelled via text along with three other text from same number three days before appointment. I clearly did not see text and because dentist was not in office they couldn’t see me. I thought that a dentist was supposed to see patients at a cleaning. I have been going to same office for 10years and clearly made no difference, office staff pretty much said too bad. I guess loyalty means nothing.
