Awful dentist. The lousy crown he put in just came off as I was eating. My new dentist said that it has been lousy for years, with growing gaps. He was unpleasant. I really regret ever going to Midkiff.

I am a nurse but I am the worst patient. My anxiety begins just knowing I have to go to the Dentist. Everyone is so patient and caring with me. I always leave smiling and feeling very revealed about the experience not to mention the great job everyone does..

I have been with Dr.Bilancione for 28 years, he goes above and beyond in customer service and he is a phenomenal dentist! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the office is very clean. Angie is my hygienist and she is truly the best!!! I have a very small mouth that poses a challenge to anyone trying to do work there, she manages to get the work done without a problem, all the while putting me at ease with her gentle ways.. AMAZING office, would highly recommend.

It is always a pleasant experience to visit his office. I went today at 330 and I did not have to wait even one minute. Actually the excellent dental hygienist waited for me for a few minutes while I brushed my teeth. The office has a very organized Office Manager who insures that the office runs smoothly. They send me helpful text reminders which you can stop if you do not like them. Office is clean and has good parking and thanks to the good care I usually only need cleaning.

Great practice. Impressive business as well. But the patient should be aware there is a good bit of upselling going on. Nothing wrong with that. The dental care and skill is far beyond any other group I have used in the past. Go Noles.
Suzanne (hygienist) is a dream and a fantastic ambassador for the practice. Any business would want to be represented so well with the customers.
