Dr. James Sisson, DDS

Dr. Sisson told my husband he had two fillings in his teeth that were old and needed to be replaced. (They were not bothering my husband whatsoever) My husband let him grind the two teeth down to replace the old fillings. My husband had to go back to the office to have them fix the teeth, because he couldn't get a piece of floss between them. Two weeks later my husband was in pain and when he called them they made him make another appointment to be seen again for the same teeth. My husband went to another dentist and they told him he now needs a root canal and two crowns. Resulting in approximately $5,000.00 worth of dental work on two teeth that were not causing any trouble to begin with.

She announced to the whole reception room by very loudly stating “She’s finally ready!!” The were closed for lunch until 2pm and I arrived at 1:36pm to a locked office. When they finally unlocked the door I held the door for the other people waiting and so I was last. I had a bathroom issue and had been given a new patient form to fill out which took 20 minutes. Then after scolding me for being so late was told I couldn’t be seen for my check up.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sisson since he opened his practice. Friendly and very qualified staff. Very happy with the level of care I received

The first filling he did was sloppy work. Only explained he had put too much filling in. He recommended that one tooth be recapped, I went and got a second opinion. Replacing the cap was not necessary and if he had he may have done more damage. I would never recommend this dentist. He was a great disappointment.
