Dr. James Stephens, DDS

Very helpful and up to date. Office runs smoothly, the receptionist is kind and competent, and dental technician is very pleasant ( although I've never met a dental technician I didn't like ). More importantly, Dr Stephens corrected several crowns that had recurrently fractured and other repairs complicated by bruxing, and these have held up perfectly for several years. Previously several competent dentists hadn't been able to establish long lasting repairs for more than 1-2 years. Small item: it's hard to talk during dentistry, so each room has a loop video of beautiful and peaceful nature scenes.

I am not happy about this dentist, the first time in office for cleaning and I loss a filling while having them work on my teeth, the filling was only a yr. or 2 before by another dentist,so didn't think much of it@ the time.I had several old filling's n new ones done as recommended. The last tooth I needed work on has visible old filling with a new decay under it,for the time n cost of what is charged he only fixed the new decay never fixed the older part of the filling,so I still have a spot.
