Dr. James Triant, DDS

I hate to write this negative review, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. First off I want to say that Dr. Triant, his hygienist and almost all of the staff are fantastic and I could not praise them for their work more. This negative review is solely due to the front office staff/office manager. I debated giving 3 stars just because it was a single person that caused issues, however the way I was treated by her was so unacceptable I felt like I had to keep it at 1. I stopped seeing Dr. Triant over 5 years ago (moved states). Apparently a cleaning I had done was denied by insurance due to missing information. Instead of fixing the missing information the front desk staff harassed me and threatened to send lawyers after me for years until I talked to my now former insurance company and had them contact the office and work out the situation. But after seeing the Dr for almost my whole life, being treated, and called, a criminal was so unacceptable.

Dr Triant is the most competent and caring medical professional we have ever encountered. He has been our family dentist for about 10 years. As great as he is, he is also humble, diligent and expert in his work. PS I found this site in goggling for Dr Triant's mailing address and just had to add our praise.
