Dr. Tsau gaslights patients, and conversations with him are deeply unsettling. He has a tendency to lie (about treatment, administration, etc.) and if you don't believe him, he gets demonstrably frustrated and aggressive in his tone and demeanor. I'm saddened that others might have had a similar unsettling experience during his tenure as a dentist.
