I have been going to Dr. Watson for about a year. His office has always been quirky, but I just let it go. A couple of months ago, I had impressions taken for whitening trays. I was assured that I would be called in two weeks to pick the trays. TWO MONTHS later I called to ask if I could pick up my trays. A girl named "Wendy" answered and rudely said "You need to get impressions for that". I explained that I had them done two months ago. She then put me on hold for 8 minutes. When she came back on the phone she said shortly "We don't have any trays. You'll have to come back and get impressions." I explained for the 2ND time that I had already had impressions taken 2 months ago, she said (very rudely, "I understand that, but we don't have any impressions". Click. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. I have also seen quite a lot of HIPPA violations; patient files open in plain view, with name, address, phone and insurance information easily read. Also, computer screens l
