Very Rude Receptionist
The receptionist is very rude. This says he accepts new patients but when I called with a dental emergency the very rude receptionist told me he didn't accept new patients. I told her I had family that went to him and recommended him so she gave me an appointment 6 weeks away. Because he was recommended by family i was going to try to wait until then but I called again 2 weeks later because the pain was so bad. I was told I couldn't get in any sooner. I asked if she could please call me if an appointment came open sooner and she very rudely told me that they don't do that for new patients. I asked if they knew of an emergency dentist. She very coldly said "nope, I don't know any." This is the epitome of very poor customer service. According to people who have seen Dr Stricklin, he is a very good kind dentist but something needs to be done about this receptionist. It's not worth the hassle no matter how good he is if you have to deal with his receptionist for 1 minute.
