Horrible doctor and practice. Shoddy work that had to be redone at another office. Extremely dishonest front office staff (including wife of dentist). Billed us for a visit and work that was never done. When we proved that we were out of state literally in the middle of a funeral at the appointment time, they finally agreed to cancel the bill. They instead sent it to collections a few months later and we only found out as we were in closing while buying a new house. They said they couldn’t remove it in time but to pay it and we would be refunded. They again went back on their word and did not refund the 1,800. Said since the service date was over a year old and they had sent it to collections, they could actually not refunded….they misspoke earlier so too bad.
