HORRIBLE
Update: 3/21/22...After speaking with the practice owner, Dr. Marc Liechtung on Friday, 3/18/22, he assured me he would be in the office and the crowns would be ready Monday morning. The office called me shortly after to set up an appt for today, Monday 3/21/22. After sitting in a dental chair for 45 minutes, with numbing medicine dangling from my lip, drool running down my face, my throat becoming numb and making it difficult to swallow, and 3 attempts to put a mask on my face for nitrous oxide which suffocated me, because the equipment was not working.....i had to leave the office. The practice owner, Marc Liechtung, assured me he was going to be in the office for the appointment today, yet surprise....he did not show up because of "car trouble." Again, as a physician and a member of the medical field.....stay far away from this office!! Nothing but excuses, delays, and poor dental work that will need to be redone! Update: 3/16/22......I am a physician on the Upper West Side...
