She was outstanding - I had been suffering with ear pain for 3 months, and it was TMJ instead. She got me going on several self-care directives, including diet, heat, exercises, etc., and I was a new person in just a few days.Wow!

I have seen multiple TMJ specialists and Dr. Sahni is absolutely at the top of her field. I have had improvement since becoming her patient, and I feel confident that I am in good hands. I have referred my family to her practice. She is immensely caring and patient, and her knowledge base up to date with contemporary research. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Few TMJ "specialists" understand the science or treatment of TMJ. Dr. Sahni does. She's conservative in her treatment plans, articulate in explaining what she's doing and why, and bases her treatment on science and documented medical studies as well as her experience.
She's thoughtful, warm, and sensitive to cost.

Dr Sahni and her staff are excellent. I always felt she had her best interest in my well being, she has not given up in helping me find a diagnosis for my pain. She is so willing to ask and speak to other doctors and work with them to help me receive appropriate treatment. I am beyond thankful for her time. I once went to the ER and she took time to call me and check up on me and made an appointment for me to see her right away.

Finding Orofacial Pain Specialists who know what they're doing is a challenge. I was lucky to find Dr. Sahni as quickly as I did -- as with any chronic pain condition, finding the correct practitioner is the key to pain relief!

My wife has been suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia for over 10 years. We been to many of the Top rated Doctors and Hospitals and she still was suffer in terable facial pain. Dr. Sahni has her pain free. She is a Blessing.
