Dr. Jason Estep, DMD

Dr. Estep is a wonderful dentist that does fantastic work. His only poor review is from someone that is upset her dental insurance didn’t cover their xray - which is the insurance companies fault not Dr. Estep. He is outstanding dentist that does right by his patients.

When calling to make an appointment I specifically requested they check my insurance to make sure everything they do is covered. Day of appointment I remind them to make sure everything they do is covered. They assured me it all was.A few weeks later I receive a bill for denied x rays. When I called to ask why I got the bill they informed me it's because Dr. Estep needed the panoramic to see if I had cavities due to me mentioning my previous dentist said I did. They did not inform me these days were going to be put of pocket. Apparently they knew it but didn't inform me of it.Now, here I am with a bill for something I didn't request and they see nothing wrong with the way they are running their business. Highly don't recommend.

Dr Estepp is an excellent Dentist. He does his best to take care of everyone's individual dental issues and keeps up with new technology. He's careful to minimize any discomfort and to explain the procedures. His staff is courteous and helpful. I wish dental work was a little less expensive but that's the way it is these days.
