Dr. Nataupsky and the technicians are great. They do a wonderful job, and explain things well. They consider comfort levels, and adjust accordingly. The front desk staff however is a little wifty. They seem clueless from my dealings with them.
The gorilla marketing is a little over the top.

being a service tech of dental office, this is by far 1 of the best and Cleanest offices in our area ,and outside of the area, never a trouble making an appt, dr Jason and his staff are truly TOP NOTCH

I've always been terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Jason is amazing and put me at ease instantly. He is the best in the Wilkes-Barre area and I recommend him to everyone I know.

The most amazing experience at the dentist! Each member of the staff treats you as if you are family. Despite it being a trip to the dentist, they all maintain a great level of professionalism combined with a caring atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone looking to establish a family dentist for years to come.

Dr. Jason Natupsky has always been an extremely professional and amazing dentist with regards to my experience at his office. A while ago, about 10 years ago, I had a tooth knocked out during field hockey in college. It took the dentist in New Jersey almost a year to fully complete the project on my tooth, as it was in the front of my face.
