Ignore the other reviews that say Dr. Phelps is impersonal. These people are cry babies. Your not there to see a shrink, your there to get your teeth fixed. He does a top notch job and knows his profession. He is friendly enough. He gets the job done. His side kick Racheal Browning is also a great dental technician. Together they make a wonderful person. Also, the entire staff at Great Lakes Dental does are professional and you get in and out.
