The receptionist is not very friendly. Only has one dental hygienist who talks a lot to patients while she rushes through the cleaning process. Cleanings are performed based on time only opposed to quality and thoroughness of patients needs such as braces. Called back the next day because teeth were still stained and they insisted on charging me again although they were already paid and didn’t finish the job completely. Asked to speak with dentist and to return my call and nothing happened. The dentist seen a cavity forming he said it didn’t need to be treated just wait. I wasn’t happy with his answer so I told him I’d like to repair it and he told me once my braces were removed that was going to be 1 yr later. Seen another dentist and it was noticed and treated immediately.

Caring dentist, gave a a clear plan on what was recommended

It was easy for me to schedule an appointment. After the basic paperwork everything was very friendly and easy. Very nice office, had a pleasant visit and good recommendations for home care. Was referred to an excellent Oral Surgeon for my impacted wisdom teeth. Will def be back!
