Dr. Fitzgerald is such a good orthodontist and his staff is friendly and all of them make you feel very comfortable. I never have to wait when I come in and everything is explained to me. I think my favorite part of the experience is that if I do have a question I don't feel intimidated or stupid asking it, they are all very nice.
