Intermittent at best
We love Dr Wyke but since the pandemic ended everything has really declined. Her normal office staff is gone, our appointments were suddenly canceled, etc… there is no flexibility in scheduling and limited emergency availability. I recognize that this practice has one dentist but with the limited hours and lack of administrative help, we have to go elsewhere for routine care.

I first met Dr. Wyke when she was shadowing another Dentist and getting ready to step into taking over that practice. That was 17 years ago. One of my children was very fearful of Doctors. He had "white coat syndrome" due to numerous surgeries and hospitalizations. Dr. Wyke has been AMAZING since DAY 1. She is calm. Funny. Kind. Sweet. Sensitive. And caring. Her staff is the mirror image of her.The only negative is she doesn't see adults! My now adult children don't want to switch!LOVE HER!

My initial experiences with the office staff have been exceptional; however, we recently missed an appointment because we rescheduled due to an emergency. I rescheduled while I was driving and did not have an opportunity to write it down. I did not receive a call or a text /reminder but did receive a call saying I missed the appointment. During the call I was lectured by the staff about the importance of keeping appointments and a $50 charge for missing.
