Negligent!
I paid $4300 in October for two root canals and two crowns. He did not put a post in a tooth with minimal structure left to support the crown and it came off within 3 months with my tooth broken inside of it down to my gum line. He offered me a treatment plan with a refund. He has since pulled the tooth and refuses to refund my money.
