THIS IS BASED ON ONLY ONE VISIT, but I am definitely going back. Dr. Norrgard seems to have inherited some of the patients from my dentist who retired. So far I am perfectly satisfied; he checks all the boxes for professionalism, friendliness, competence, ease of access, etc., etc. I am pleased to have been referred to him by my previous dentist of over 40 years.

We were recommended to Dr. Norgard when we moved to Richmond 3 years ago. Aside from providing excellent care, he and his staff have done a great job of providing the pros and cons of various treatment options.
