Dr. Jeffery Hreha, DDS

I was plagued with horrible teeth. My Father has the same issue. I have had to have 5 root canals and Dr. Hreha has done them all except one. Dr. Hreha explained exactly what he was doing and when. He even stopped mid procedure several times to make sure I was doing ok and could not feel anything. At the end he explained everything again. If anything maybe he explains to much. His office staff has always been polite. Maybe the other raters were not nice to begin with, I don't know but I have never had a problem. I have used him for years. My other root canal was done in Prescott because Dr. Hreha was on vacation at the time and it could not wait. While it went fine, it was not as professional.

I was referred by my primary dentist to Dr. Hreha because of a possible root canal. Because the x-ray taken by Dr. Hreha was ambiguous he elected to contact my oral surgeon to obtain a 3d x-ray. I was told that it would be a week or so and Dr. Hreha's office would contact me. After hearing nothing form Dr. Hreha's office I called them. I was told they would contact my oral surgeon and get back to me. After hearing nothing and after another call a month later I am still waiting to hear!

Dr. Hreha is very good at what he does. My first root canal was in 1997, and I have had several since then. 3 of my root canals were emergencies, and his caring staff stayed late to help me. Thee assistants are great; the 2 of them, with the doctor, performed flawlessly together, to complete my root canal and relieve my pain. I have sinced moved, but would head up the hill for my next root canal without a second thought.

Dr. Hrehre is a good endodontist; however, I had several issues with his office staff dealing with insurance processing: They failed to get a pre-authorization They failed to bill for over 6 months whi h extended into the next year His office staff was rude and insulting to me when I expressed understandable concern As a result I was unable to use my insurance and had to pay his VERY high rates for a root canal.

HMG! I have had 4 root canals - 2 with Dr. Hreha. No pain. Great numbing - no problem. My first 2 were HORRIBLE! He knows his work and does fabulous work! His staff is awesome too! A bit pricey, but, I am very happy about the experience! Go to him if you have to have a root canal!

I have a true phobia about any tooth related work to be done. I had to have a root canal with Dr. Hreha and it was a breeze; no pain, and I have no fear of doing it again, which it appears I'll have to.

I have seen many, many Dentists over the last 50 years and the service that Doctor Jeffery Hreha offers was superior to them all. What a wonderful experience. Thank you and your staff
