Dr. Brain & his staff Indira have outstanding customer service with smiley faces. It's very pleasant to have that smiley look on their faces when I go visit them for my appointments. I love how Indira is able to send an automatic email confirmation reminder one week prior to the patients appointment plus a weekly text message reminder to the patients too. This is really awesome they set up this way for their valued customer's reminder's as we all busy with our social lives that sometimes it's great to get reminders. Their office is extremely clean too. I enjoyed that Dr. Brain is trustworthy and provides me his feedback on my results when I go for my appointments. This direct honesty is valuable for so we can establish a rapport as a patient/friend with our relationship.
