Dr. Jeffrey Carson, DDS

I came in with an obvious chipped tooth. The office keeps openings available for emergencies.Instead of offering a crown, which I thought would be the outcome, Dr. Carson elected to put on a thick bonding. He did a beautiful job. I have been a patient at his office for several years, on moving to Cleveland, TN. I always have questions and he always takes time answering them completely. He keeps on top of the newest dental information and teaches students with the local college. The office books properly, so as to keep appointments on time within a few minutes. Refreshing.

Dr Carson knows what the customer needs from info he has received. Almost painless dental work.

Dr Carson is nice. Likes to talk. Makes sure you’re not in pain before he starts but THEY WILL BALANCE BILL YOU AND ARE LISTED AS IN NETWORK WITH UHC!! Expect to pay whatever insurance doesn’t cover! They don’t care. They have disclaimer on their bill saying you are responsible for anything insurance doesn’t cover and make you sign it!! WE WILL NOT GO BACK!

I have seen Dr. Carson recently for some much overdue work, and found a well run and professional dental staff.His chairside demeanor is very calming and constantly seeks everyway possible to keep you informed as to what to expect during each procedure.His methodology of administering injections, should be emulated by all other dentists: I could barely feel the injections. His front end office staff is organized and cordial.I couldn't imagine a better staff.I am actually looking forward to my next check up, and the excellent hygienist, too!
