He is the best dentist I have had in my 70+ years

I went to see Dr. Erwin to have an upper partial denture made. I specifically told Dr. Erwin I wanted a Valplast partial. The partial arrives but it is not Valplast. It has a strong nasty chemical taste to it. So Dr. Erwin sent it back to the lab and they made one out of real Valplast. Dr. Erwin said the lab apologized for not using real Valplast the first time. Recently I went back to Dr, Ewrin to get a tooth added to my partial. Dr. Erwin said, "You have a lot of trouble needing to have things done over again. We're only going to do this once." I was so shocked at how unprofessional that was, I didn't say anything. There's always a chance the lab can make a mistake so the next day I called the lab and had them return the partial without adding the tooth. A few days later I received a letter from Dr.Erwin stating he would no longer be my dentist. Apparently he's a dentist who only wants easy money and doesn't want to take the time to make sure the patient is taken care of.
