Incompetent Irresponsible Dentist

Savanna the front desk girl was great in accommodating your appointments. Tina the treatment coordinator is not your friend but only there to take money from you. The photos they took on my teeth throughout treatment were amateur quality (think: photography skill is lacking). Most of the dental assistants were inexperienced but professional. Dr Johnson was less competent than projected by media: he misdiagnosed me saying I may have bone growth (which I don't) on my upper jaw as the reason he was unable to move my teeth to the midline; he couldn't move my teeth to the right bite after 23 months long that I had to quit. He made empty promises he couldn't delivered. Learn from my mistake and don't go there!

Absolutely, He is everything you could ask for in an Orthodonist and more. His care of our Specials Needs child, is “Outstanding!” His staff are all “excellent as well.” We've been going to him over a year and a half. “He's simply the Best Orthodonist I've ever used.” Barbara Decker
