The staff was very professional, explained each step and just didn't take x-rays they explained each one and what they were looking for ao that I could have a better understanding of my Healthcare and gave me options with no pressure. Financial department very informative and helpful 5 stars

The staff was extremely unprofessional. Something was said to me by a staff member which she denied later. I was disrespected and slandered.

From the time I walked in the front door, everybody was pleasant, knowledgeable, and seemed to want to do a make me comfortable and do a good job. That of course included Dr. Mader. He was friendly and explained the procedure options well. I am hard to impress, but I was today.

I walked in with fear… I walked out smiling !!! Everyone there was kind and caring. All my concerns were put to rest !

Everyone is so helpful and offer things that will help me maintain my oral health!

My visits are always so smooth, any concerns I have are always dealt with quickly, they are all wonderful with children especially!! My toddler even asked if he could go there everyday because he loved it much & felt so comfortable with everyone. Thank you for being so great!

My visit was excellent. I went in for a consultation. I was treated with respect, and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Mader explained the whole procedure from start to finish and after care.

The staff are very friendly and seem to care about me. Dr. Mader/Michiana Smiles has been my dentist for nearly 25 years. They use the latest technology. They keep to the schedule and don’t make me wait beyond my appointment time.

I liked it thanks so much I got a referral from Dr.Lynch and got sent by him to Dr.Mader and I love his work he’s the best and only one in town that does implants and I like the work he’s done and the nurses and the the work that Dr.Zach and Dr.Durnell and Mary and Kim and Carlene and Lupe and Susan did and Elvia as well and Suzy and Alan and Aaron and Leanne and Sally as well.I love you guys you guys take really good care of me and I know you will I hope to see you again after thanksgiving and in 4 months and 6 months for my MouthGuard and the implant that fell out to deal with it and my cleaning. I am going to do my next appointment with Dr.Mader and Mary and Carlene because Mary was the last one that worked on me in May but I had my surgery in June so I’m going to have Carlene work on me Carlene is a good nurse for me.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the most friendly staff. Dr. Mader and LeeAnn provided me with the necessary information regarding a treatment plan. I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointments and my new healthy smile.

I had a broken tooth that needed to be fixed. I wasn't even a patient of their's at the time, but they got me in quickly to fix it. Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. The dentist took his time in explaining everything and answering my questions. Totally painless repair. This office is a class act all the way. I am now signed up as a regular patient. I highly recommend!

5 stars isn't enough! I seriously can't express how incredibly happy I am to have Dr. Mader and his staff as my go to dentist office. I have had so many bad experiences with prior doctors and as a result I struggle with severe dental related anxiety and fear. Even the smell of a dental office, that ground enamel smell, will make my heart race and have me nauseous. Then we found Dr. Mader and I can't even properly explain how much of an impact he has had on my life. Every visit I feel years of anxiety shed off like weights being lifted from my shoulders. You can tell they care about their team and hand pick the best of the best, which then means you get people who work on you with great attitudes and are just genuinely pleasant to be around. I am tempted to call these doctors magicians because their work is Magic!

Stopped in for 6 month checkup and cleaning. As always, entire staff very friendly and prompt. Dentist is always helpful, cordial and gentle. Great place for dental care!
