No Hygienist!!!! Designated plans are not honored or are forever changing. Dentist seems very tasked or stressed during proceedings. Failed to remember previous work he’s completed before, crown work second rate due to silver filling left under crown. Adjacent crown just ripped off without warning during cleaning… it’s like he was looking for stuff to fix… Stop! Done!
