Dr. Jeffrey Yeres, DDS

Doctor Yeres is very nice and a great dentist but he has zero control over his super rude receptionist- I think her name is Miriam. I had an emergency- broken tooth - for 4 days I was not able to reach the office. She has no time to check emails or pick up the phone. When you keep calling and she finally picks up, she is very rude and doesn’t care about accommodating you. You can be crying from pain - she has no time to check the doctor’s schedule, she doesn’t care, she doesn’t call back. She provides incorrect times for appointment-she doesn’t send any email or message confirmation and blames you for not hearing her well. She screams at you and hangs up the phone before you finish the sentence. That person should be fired immediately. After waiting 5 days for the emergency appointment, I was not seen by Doctor Yeres- my tooth is still broken. His receptionist treated me like trash and made me leave in tears with a painful tooth. Stay away!

I’ve been coming here for many years. Had a great and the most thorough cleaning by the hygienist, Cynthia. Not only was she thorough she explained things, was tech savvy using ultrasonic and digital xrays. Great addition to the practice, Dr Yeres.

Professional and friendly. Doesn’t try to sell you anything. Outstanding, careful and thorough cleaning. Didn’t hurt me. Thank you.

Probably the best dentist in NYC!!! Nothing fancy, just old school education, and incredible empathy w/patient(s). He'd better never retire!!

Great dentist but impossible to schedule time.

Dr. Yeres is probably the kindest and gentlest dentist I have ever known. He seems to really love what he does and it comes across in how he treated me. He takes his time to deal with me emotionally and then proceeds to take his time dealing with my dental issues. I feel very lucky to have had him as my dentist and I'm actually sad to leave New York and have to find another dentist who can live up to the standards I've come to expect from him. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Yeres did wonderful work for me and my wife for fillings, caps and cleaning. We highly recommend him.
