I was treated here as a kid in the early 80's and now my 2 daughters nearly 40 years later! Dr. Jen and her awesome crew continue the tradition of incredible care and being part of the community!!!

I was told I needed braces at the age of 57 and I really had my doubts that I would do it. After my initial consultation with Dr. J Lowney I was sure she was the right doctor for me. I was right, not only is she considerate , the expertise she has is outstanding. Her entire staff is considerate and puts you at ease when you go to the office from the reception staff to all the clinicians in the clean treatment area. As an RN I would strongly recommend anyone to seek treatment with this office

Over the last 15 years, four of our kids have had 2+ years each of orthodontic treatment at Family Orthodontic Care. It has truly felt like family. Between Dr. Davis and Dr. Lowney (as her father before her!) we've received excellent care there. The staff has always been pleasant and welcoming , and they've always been helpful in making the payment process as easy as possible. We have no reason to look elsewhere as we now begin treatment with the next child!

Dr. Jeremiah Lowney did my husband's braces, and his daughter has done all THREE of my teenager's braces and Invisalign. Jim, the office manager we deal with, is MORE than pleasant, always understanding with our schedule, and has helped us handle the complicated insurances, copays, and family payments we have had to coordinate in the last seven years. Our family is grateful for their office staff, as well as Dr. Lowney's gentle and kind approach to dealing with teenagers, who can be difficult.

My son started his initial treatment. I received a call from Wendy and she said I had no insurance coverage, which a clearly did. I had to do all the work to clear it up when all she had to do was call insurance and they would have found out it was a computer error. During these two days they cancelled all my son's future appointments until it was worked out.Because i told them was unhappy about their customer service, Dr.Lowney now refuses to continue working with my son.
