This environment is happy and upbeat and staff are very informative, friendly and very attentive. It’s actually pleasant going to this dental practice!

I would highly recommend Dr. Niles to anyone. They are so caring and gentle. There is no pressure to do procedures you are uncomfortable with or want to do. She gives both the good and bad reasons for you to decide what is best for yourself.

Niles Dental has completely rearranged my relationship with my teeth. I formerly dreadedhaving services from a variety of technicians. Since I have found Dr. Niles and her associates,I now am able to imagine a future where my teeth accompany me to the end of life as usefultools that I can't imagine losing. Hence I work a lot harder to maintain them. As a refresher; I always read Ella Bakers Handbook for Dental Health while sitting in the waiting room. This motivates me to always try harder. Thanks to Corey and Erica and Brookeand the wonderful receptionist-scheduler whose name I have failed to remember.

Dentist appointments have always made me anxious. The Niles Smiles staff are so friendly, understanding, & helpful in that regard that I'm beginning to dread my visits less.I have vertigo which can be triggered by my head position in the dentist chair. I always bring a pillow. Staff always happily accommodate my positioning needs.

Alway positive, fun atmosphere, always on time for appointments, excellent communication during procedure, make you feel like a family member. Highly Recommended!!!

Dr. Niles is very patient-oriented. Always makes sure you're comfortable with what needs to be done and executes procedures expertly and proficiently. And when there's an urgent need, like when a crown pops off after 30 years in place, she fits you into her schedule right away and takes care if it!

Very good . She always keeps me informed on what is going on. She asks frequently how I am doing during a procedure and her staff are friendly and professional too. I like her very much and the fact my home is fairly close by helps as well.

Dr Niles and her staff (Erika) are warm, friendly and focused. They provide the highest quality care, and I am very happy with the results. Dr Niles would be a top ten dentist in any state in the country.

Dr Niles and staff are the most pleasant dentristry staff I've ever known. Patient, caring, professional, and know you by name. Dr Niles and Dr Huber solved a tooth 'saga' I had over 20 years and multiple dentists, root canals, and finally implant, and now it's like a regular tooth. Thank you!

My teenage son said the dental hygienist was the best and nicest he’s ever had and that Dr. Niles really listened to him.

My wife, myself, and even our adult son (he fits in dental appointments when back at the homestead) have been patients with Team Niles since Dr. Kenworthy’s retirement.
