I went to Gentle dental in Westland MI and started seeing this doctor for ortho work at first she was good but it immediately came to an end when she didn’t even remember my care plan. Numerous of times to voiceed that it was time for me to be de bonded until I said to her no there’s still visible gaps in my teeth which if you were paying attention to your patient you’d see that. I voiced to her my concerns about my teeth on multiple occasions and it fell on death ears when the talk came up about retainers I stated that I preferred the wire she told me that the permanent or plastic would be best for my case; I then chose the permanent. The day comes for retainers and I only get a permanent retainer for the two front teeth plastic for the rest. She also added my wisdom teeth into the mold and I voiced my concern about that being that I couldn’t even close my mouth nor smile with the retainer in. ( waste of money right?) The retainer is absolutely horrible it looked to be made of very cheap plastic and the groves are extremely pointy. I’ve been out of retainers for months due to having my wisdom teeth taken out and I can even get an answer from the. AT ALL COST RUN FAR AWAY SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE OR GET TERRIBLE CARE
