Dr. Jessica Gruber, DDS

I just saw Dr Gruber for the 1st time she just started here after my last dentist Dr jones left I was nervous to see someone new but Dr Gruber did amazing with my dental anxiety. The appointment was easier than I thought and she took every step to make sure I was comfortable. I can tell she cares alot

I prepaid for an implant. I asked if my prepayment was partial or total and was told that it was total. When I showed up for my appointment I waited an hour and finally left because Dr Gruber never showed up.At the next appointment the tooth was placed and it was about one half the size of the surrounding teeth. It had to be remade.At my third appointment and third time I took off from work, unpaid. I asked Dr Gruber to speak to the person that was sending me additional bills. Dr Gruber said it was out of her control.The following day a bill collector from your dental center called and demanded additional payment of almost $200. I again explained the situation. She told me to ask Dr Gruber to drop the charges, that it was within her ability to do so.I put in a call to Dr Gruber ten days ago and have not heard back from her yet. I also emailed the office and have not heard back.
