Appoint was on 7-8-20. Was taken into a room and numbed up. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the oral surgeon to come back and pull my tooth. He came in and literally had one hand on the top of my face and the other trying to get the tooth out so aggressively that he was shaking me and the chair and I had to have him stop to re-numb me because I felt tremendous pain. Got re-numbed and he went to town again shaking vigilantly to get the tooth loose. Finally got it out and he said it was impacted. I was sent home with prescriptions for antibiotics and ibuprofen 800mg every 8 hours. The ibuprofen has done absolutely nothing to help with my face, teeth and gums throbbing so I called the office Friday 7-10 to see if I can be seen because i shouldn’t be so miserable. Was told by the African American receptionist “well you did have a tooth pulled so it’s going to hurt. Do not recommend Dr Dai whatsoever.
