Dr. Jill Luckett, DMD

I saw Dr. Luckett for years with no problems. Insurance changed and we had to go elsewhere. An implant crown cracked that she'd recently done, and my current dentist wouldn't fix it because she said Dr. Luckett should've been responsible for it, and she didn't work on that type of crown. I tried to call and email multiple times, but Dr. Luckett wouldn't even give me the courtesy of a return phone call. Took visits to five dentists before I went to a friend who would fix it. Even this friend, a highly regarded dentist/surgeon in the city, said she should've guaranteed her work on the implant crown, regardless of my current insurance. Either way, a phone call with explanation was all I requested, and that was refused, multiple times. Honestly heartbroken to be leaving a review like this. I believed for years that she cared about my family. The bottom line is that unless she's actively making money off you, she does not.

Love this office and this dentist! My appointments are always on time and the care is always outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Luckett. Also really appreciate the friendly ladies at the front desk!

The office seemed nice, until my husband and I received a 400$ bill for our two cleanings, when we had been told our insurance would cover the cleanings. The dentist office told us they we're able to accept our insurance and then a few months later told us they we're unable to because of specifics in our policy they did not research, clarify, or talk to us about. It seems like they weren't overly concerned because they would be getting paid.
