Great Dental Care

I am so very pleased with the dental care that Dr. Zhu and his staff provided me recently. I needed a broken tooth extracted. I was extremely nervous. Dr. Zhu listened carefully and compassionately to my concerns, explained the process thoroughly, answered my questions, and performed the procedure with expert skill and competence. He, along with his incredible staff members, provided a comfortable, pain free experience, with incredible reassurance and follow up. I could not be more pleased. This experience has gone a very long way toward relieving my dental anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Zhu and Better Way Dental.

Annual cleaning check up. Dr Zhu was very professional and friendly. Concerned about my overall happiness with my smile and health of my teeth. Provided several options on how I could correct my concerns. Took time to LISTEN and did not rush. I would highly recommend.

I left one start because 0 was not an option. He is a horrible dentist and a horrible person. I was having a problem with a tooth. He actually had the nerve to tell me, “there is nothing wrong with your tooth and it must be in your imagination”. Well two weeks later that tooth that was bothering me fell out. Even if he didn’t see anything wrong which makes him a bad dentist, why would he say that it is all in my head? I don’t want anyone else to experience what I went through. Worst dentist ever
