Dr. Jodi Lampert, DDS

I cracked a crown and my tooth was KILLING me. New in town, I checked the 5280 Magazine’s list of top dentists. Dr. Lampert’s name appeared half a dozen times over the years so I took a chance and called her office. To my surprise (I figured with all those rewards, her office would be too busy to answer the phone) the call was picked up after the first ring by a real person. ONE STAR. I explained my problem. The receptionist listened, asked thoughtful questions, and told me to expect a call back shortly. I hung up, resigned to another day, even two, before I heard back. But the phone rang less than two hours later. It was the dentist herself! She listened to me describe what happened (broken crown) and said she’d see me the next day! TWO STARS. The next day when I showed up for my appointment, I was greeted courteously and ushered back to the chair on time (no waiting!). Worst I've ever been to. Lost a filling and was causing discomfort She didn't even address it in 1st visit . Had to wait 3 wks to be seen again Even then I had to insist it was a prioity. Need a crown. Waited another 3 wks. At each visit I had to ask for mouth to be rinsed. I stated at time crown did feel right She assured it was fine. Will it wasn't. Can't even begin to tell in one few words how uncomfortable visits were. Went to other DDS. Need to crown replaceTDON"T GO TO HER
