Dr. Joel Alper was wonderful. Down to earth, friendly, great staff. He made me feel comfortable and welcome and his staff did too. I highly recommend them unless you need handicap accessibility. Office is on 2nd floor. Dr Joel said he is working on getting a stair lift.

Most unprofessional office I have ever been to. Ride and incompetent administrative staff and paraprofessional staff.

I think he was unethical.

After asking several times the total out of pocket cost for implant, even for worst case scenario, I paid it. 2 YEARS LATER, I got a bill for $550 for an abutment that I was told would be covered by total cost, and credited back to me if not needed. My insurance company could not believe they took that long to bill me. When I called the office, the woman that answered was not only rude, but laughted at me and actually hung up on me. Ask, ask and be prepared to pay even more...2 years later..

My two visits with Dr. Joel Alper were beyond my expectations. With a friendly office environment Dr. Alper is a great listener and explains everything very well before and after the procedure. He has good manners and is very gentle. I would recommend him to anyone.
