Dr. Joel Sachs, DDS

The actual dental service here is good; the ongoing problem they have now is that ever since they went corporate, with that company Simply Beautiful Smiles, they don't bill your insurance properly; and even after insurance pays, they still keep sending you the exact same bill for months later. It doesn't matter how many different ways you explain it to them, and they state they'll fix it, it's never fixed. Simply Beautiful Smiles will text you, email you, call you, and send you the same paper bill for months after the bill was already paid. No exaggeration: for months afterwards. Their account records seem to never be updated no matter what and there's no way to get ahold of the corporate office. Every number they give you routes right back to Dr. Sachs local office. Unfortunately, you can't stay with an office like this.

Dr Sachs is wonderful, his whole staff is caring and kind. I have been there multiple times in pain, and they always fit me in, never make me feel like I am a problem, and always get me fixed up and happy! They are the BEST
