Dr. Babcock misdiagnosed me. He told me I needed a root canal followed, of course , with an expensive porcelain crown. I had the root canal. The pain did not resolve. I saw 3 doctors and had a MRI. My brain tumor that had come out of remission, had grown and compressing a nerve. My pain was not from a tooth ache, but Trigeminal Neuralgia. I wrote him a letter with this information asking him to call. That was 7 weeks ago. How unprofessional and uncaring,. I've got a new dentist.

Excellent. I have been going to Dr. Babcock for about a year now. He explains things well, he is compassionate, and I think he has been fair with recommending what dental work needs to be done. I needed a crown, and so far it seems fine and there has been no problem with it. His staff is very accommodating and pleasant.
