Dr. John Choi, DDS

I was very much impressed with the cleanliness of the office. All staff members, even those that were in an administrative capacity and working solely at the front desk, were wearing masks. Dr. Choi took his time to explain the condition of my gums and gave me sound advice. It's evident that Dr. Choi loves his work, is truly engaged with patients, and places the patient's best interests first. This is a first-rate practice. I was treated very well, starting with my first call to his office where May, his lovely front desk receptionist and scheduler, picked up the phone. Yes, this is an office where the phone is picked up by a human! One doesn't have to wait on hold! Nor are the calls answered by a call center somewhere in a remote location. What I liked best was that they accommodated me by opening up the large window in the examination room so that I would feel comfortable that there was good air circulation. This is a lovely place! I highly recommend this practice!
