Deceiving
Dr. Craig was deceptive on my out of pocket expenses. I told him that I couldn't afford any out of pocket expenses. He said not to worry that my insurance will cover all the procedures. It did not. I ended up having to pay $2,500. He is also very arrogant and full of himself. His righthand girl is the best. Very friendly polite and knows her job Girl at front desk ( his pit bull) is rude and unfriendly. If I could would give zero stars.

Arrogant
Deceptive on out of pocket expenses. Very full of himself. His right hand girl is excellent!! Girl at desk is unfriendly and rude.

Dr. Craig and his staff are very competent at what they do. Office wait times are minimal. Dr. Craig is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Scheduling an appointment has never been a problem.
