Dr. John Dunbar Jr, DMD

I went there for over 20 years and he was always courteous towards me. I would recommend him 100 percent.

Had two root canal procedures perform by Dunbar. He could not get the bite set correct because the caps were to high. What does Dunbar do; he grinds down my good teeth (a lot) to try and get the bite set correct. I stopped him when realizing what happening but too late, two teeth were grinded . I complained and his reaction was " they'll come back, the enamel will grow back ". In the beginning I highly respected Dunbar, but no more!!!

I would not take a pet rock to Dr. John Dunbar, much less a child. I made the mistake of taking my child to this office for a teeth cleaning years ago. The dental hygienist was in the process of the cleaning when my child started to quietly cry. Dr. Dunbar barged in the room waving his arms and yelled "can you shut that kid up!" His actions were so ridiculous that I thought he was joking. He angrily informed me this was not a joke. I later found out that he has a reputation for angry outbursts.
