I have been a patient of his for 18 yrs. My prior Dentist was retiring and I had to change, I could not have had a better experience than I did going to Dr Durnford. I am a white knuckler for procedures and he has adapted to me and what reactions I may have (the assistants too!) I will never go any where else. He does not suggest any services that are not neccessary. My insurance is not in network with him but I make the decision to go there based on care and quality of work.

Good dentist. Lousy front office. Can barely understand client needs and billing is horrible. Bills your insurance a huge amount then sends to collections within days of invoice. I would recommend so many other better facilities in the Schertz/Cibolo area.

Dr. Durnford is a great dentist and is very sociable with his patients. He'll never offer anything that you don't need. He's the kind of dentist that people trust and rely upon for their dental needs. My insurance changed and had to go to another dentist down the road and was shocked at the up selling they tried on me. Thank God my insurance changed again and I'm going back to where I belong. See ya soon doc!

Dr. Durnford is a very a good dentist. Believe it or not, he doesn't hurt. He is gentle and kind and sometimes he tries to be funny. Excellent patient interaction. His receptionist (the one from England) are very pleasant too. I love to hear her talk. The best dentist in Texas.
